A: Any personal information that you provide to any of our businesses are privacy protected. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone!


Q: What is the cost to participate in FastCashMatrix?

A: 10 Payplan: $2, $3, $5, $10, $20 and $25 get started + processor fee.

Q: How does this system works?

A: It's very simple. Our system is comprised of a 4x4, 2x2, 2x3, 3x2 and 4x2 regular matrix systems. And 3x2, 2x2 and 2x6 Company Matrix system. When you join you can upgrade starting at Level 1.

All payments are made member to member. All commissions are 100% for that product level. 

Q: What do I receive for the membership?
A: Advertising Credits, utilizing banner and text advertising across our website that members can view.

Q: What is a Member to Member payment System?

A: A member to member payment system is when you make a sale, the customer will pay you directly to your payment processor of your choice. Basically you will receive 100% commission.

Q: Can I skip Level One and order higher packages?
A: No. You cannot skip levels. But after your first level payment is approved you can go to the next level without waiting to cycle.

Q: Which payment processor can I use?

A: You can use any of the following: Payza, BitCoin, Payeer, SolidTrustPay, Nigeria Bank Transfer 
 and More to make or accept payments.

Q: Can I have more than one account?

A: NO you don't need to as Multiple positions are allowed from one account

Q: Do you have refunds?
A: Your membership is NON-REFUNDABLE. All payments are final. We cannot refund money to you that has already been paid out to our members (or your Uplines). We never even handle that money - it is paid directly to our members.

Q: I received an email that say I have received a payment. But when I checked my PayPal account I didn’t find the payment. What should I do?

A: First of all, check ALL your payment accounts. Sometimes people can make mistakes. Let's say they sent you the money via Payza, but selected "Paypal" by mistake when sent a data through our site. However, some members may send a fake transaction ID without making a payment advisedly. In this case you must decline the order in your member area.

  Q: I submitted the payment but have not been confirmed yet. What should I do?

A: Please try to communicate with the member you sent the payment to. It is reasonable to allow at least 48 hours for them to confirm you in the system.

If you put in a pending payment and have not pay within 2 hours you will delete it
If you are unable to communicate with the member; please contact us, and we will help resolve the issue for you.

Q: Do we have to pay taxes on money received?

A: Please consult your tax professional for laws in your area.


Q: I do not got to the sponsors, to whom I wanted. What to do?

A: Please contact me!
